Фармакологические свойства

Фармакодинамика

БЕСАЛОЛ проявляет спазмолитическое, холинолитическое, некоторое обезболивающее и антисептическое действия.

Первые три эффекта обусловлены алкалоидами группы атропина, содержащимися в экстракте белладонны. Антисептическое действие связано с фенилсалицилатом, который расщепляется в щелочной среде кишечника с высвобождением фенола (подавляет патогенную флору) и салициловой кислоты (противовоспалительное действие). Особенностью фенилсалицилата является то, что он при длительном применении не вызывает дисбактериоза кишечника.
